Using the FNB App with the Premier Credit Card
Install the official FNB App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The Premier Credit Card page sends device deals, flight discounts and virtual-card payments through that app. Browser banking can show the same ledger if you prefer a desktop.
Card tools inside the app
- Virtual card. Create a number with a rotating CVV. The live page lists Tap to Pay, Scan to Pay and partner wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay, SwatchPAY!). Purchase Protect of up to R10,000 for 30 days is worded for physical goods on the Premier Virtual Credit Card.
- Freeze. Block a lost plastic immediately, then restore it if it turns up. Call 087 575 11 11 if you need the card desk to finish a replacement.
- eBucks. Partner Shop purchases at iStore or Hirsch's can earn up to 40% back in eBucks on the monthly premium when you repay through the budget facility and you have opted in. Domestic flight discounts (the page says up to 80% on selected fares, taxes included) are booked in-app.
- Payments. Pay the statement from a linked FNB account. Clearing the straight-facility balance is what the 55-day window is for.
- Fee tile. Confirm whether the account shows R125 p.m., Fusion R260 p.m., or a pricing-guide R95 card line plus a facility fee.
If login fails
Use the official store listing only. Recover the password with the ID number on the FNB profile. A Premier banker (the live page says 24/7) can update a stale mobile number when OTPs stop. Head office address for stubborn cases: 4 First Place, Bank City, Johannesburg, 2001.
