## Running the Premier Credit Card in the FNB App The FNB App and browser banking share one Premier credit ledger. The live card page leans on the app for eBucks Travel, Partner Shop device deals, virtual-card controls and Premier banker access. Prefer the virtual number on unfamiliar web checkouts. If an OTP never arrives, the mobile number on the FNB profile is usually stale; a Premier banker can refresh it. ### When the app will not open Reset from the official App Store or Google Play listing, not a third-party apk. Forgotten passwords go through the in-app recovery tied to your ID number. Branch staff at **4 First Place, Bank City, Johannesburg** can rebuild access if remote recovery fails. ### Fees you should still see in-product The app should reflect the pack you signed: **R125 p.m.** on the live Premier card quote, or **R260 p.m.** on Fusion Premier, plus any initiation of **up to R210** that appeared on the quotation. If the in-app fee tile shows a **R95** card line plus a facility fee, you are on the pricing-guide split, not the hero R125 pack. Ask which one is live on your account.

Freeze and unfreeze
Block a lost Premier card in the app, then restore it if the plastic turns up.

Track eBucks and the device / flight promotions the Premier page advertises in the FNB App.
