Receiving and using your RCS Card
Getting the physical card
If you apply in-store at a major retail partner, you will usually be issued a physical RCS card immediately upon approval. If you apply online, you can choose to collect your card at a participating store or have it mailed to you.
Using the card
Your RCS card is accepted at a massive network of over 30,000 stores across South Africa, including:
- Groceries: Checkers, Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Spar.
- Clothing: Edgars, Foschini, Truworths, Mr Price, Cotton On.
- Hardware & Electronics: Builders, Makro, Game, HiFi Corp, Incredible Connection.
You can use the card for in-store purchases by swiping and entering your PIN. Some partner stores also allow you to use your RCS account for online shopping on their respective websites.
