Managing your RCS account
RCS provides multiple ways to manage your store card account, check your balance, and make payments.
RCS App and Self-Service Portal
- Download the App: The RCS App is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Register: Register using your ID number and account details.
- Features: View your available credit, check your latest statement, view transactions, and pay your account.
Making payments
You must pay at least the minimum monthly instalment by the due date to avoid late fees and negative credit bureau reporting.
- Debit Order: The easiest way is to set up a monthly debit order.
- EFT: Pay via internet banking using your RCS account number as the reference.
- In-Store: Pay at the till point of selected retail partners (e.g., Game, Makro).
- Via the App: Make payments directly through the RCS App using a linked debit card.
