## FundingHub Business Portal — login and daily use After registration at fundinghub.co.za you receive credentials for the Business Portal, Finch Technologies' hub for open enquiries, uploaded FICA packs and live quote tables. One login replaces juggling separate lender extranets during the comparison phase. ### Features on the dashboard | Tool | Purpose | |---|---| | Quote comparison | Side-by-side table of active offers with total cost of credit columns | | Document repository | Single vault for bank statements, CIPC extracts and director ID scans | | Renewal alerts | Notifications when trading history qualifies you for a re-advance or new round | The comparison grid updates as panel members respond, typically within 24 to 48 hours of a complete file. You can accept, decline or request clarification on an offer without leaving the portal shell. ### Signing in 1. Browse to the FundingHub login page and enter the business email used at registration. 2. Type your password; mobile browsers may offer biometric unlock where supported. 3. Land on the home dashboard listing active applications, pending document requests and fresh lender responses. Password reset flows route through the registered email. Two-factor prompts may appear when accessing sensitive document downloads. ### Mobile access No native app store listing exists, but the responsive site at fundinghub.co.za supports phone uploads from camera roll, Add to Home Screen shortcuts and SMS or email alerts when a new quote arrives. Field staff can snap CIPC certificates or statement PDFs without returning to a desktop. ### Security habits Store credentials separately from shared office inboxes. Revoke access promptly if a staff member with portal rights leaves the company. Only upload documents through the HTTPS portal rather than emailing attachments to info@fundinghub.co.za unless support explicitly requests it. ### Limits of the portal Once you accept a lender's offer, ongoing balance, debit order changes and settlement quotes move to that funder's own servicing channel. FundingHub remains useful for subsequent funding rounds because historical documents stay in the repository for faster re-submission.
