Nedbank's online banking platform — NetBank — is accessible at secured.nedbank.co.za and gives you full control over your credit card account from any desktop browser, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How to Log In to NetBank
- Open your browser and go to secured.nedbank.co.za.
- Enter your Nedbank ID (username) and password in the login fields.
- Click Log in.
- Complete the two-factor authentication — you will receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP.
- You now have full access to your accounts, including your credit card.
Alternative login — QR code: Open the Nedbank Money app, tap the QR code icon, and scan the QR code displayed on the NetBank login page. This eliminates the need to type your username and password.

Troubleshooting Common Problems
Forgotten Password or Username
- On the NetBank login page, click Forgot Password or Forgot Username.
- Enter your South African ID number and the registered mobile number on the account.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered number.
- Enter the OTP and follow the prompts to create a new password or retrieve your username.
- If your registered number has changed, call 0860 555 111 to update it before resetting your credentials.
Account Locked After Too Many Failed Login Attempts
- NetBank locks your account after multiple consecutive incorrect password entries.
- Call 0860 555 111 to unlock the account. You will be asked security questions to verify your identity.
- Alternatively, visit a Nedbank branch with your ID document.
Card Blocked (Lost, Stolen, or Suspicious Activity)
- If your card has been blocked due to suspicious transactions, Nedbank will send an SMS notification.
- Log in to NetBank → Cards → Manage card → Unblock or call 0860 555 111.
- If the card was stolen, request a replacement card — a fee applies; the card will be couriered within 2–3 business days.
Payment Not Reflecting on Your Credit Card Account
- Internal Nedbank transfers (from your cheque or savings account) reflect immediately.
- EFT payments from other banks can take 1–2 business days.
- If an EFT payment is not reflected after 2 business days, log in to NetBank and navigate to Payment history to confirm the payment was processed. If it is missing, contact your sending bank first, then Nedbank at 0860 115 060.
- Branch or ATM cash deposits reflect same day during banking hours; next business day for after-hours deposits.

- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox are recommended).
- Ensure your browser is up to date.
- Disable VPN or browser extensions that may interfere with the secure session.
