New borrowers who have not signed a CrediWise agreement yet should open crediwise.co.za/user/registration/reg1 from the homepage Apply or Register link — not the Client Login screen. Enter your SA ID, mobile number, email, employment details and banking information; the same email-or-mobile plus password pair later unlocks mandate management, extension requests and in-portal support.
