How to Receive Your Creditza Loan Funds: All Disbursement Methods

Creditza disburses all approved loan funds directly to the South African bank account provided during the application. There is no cash disbursement, no voucher system, and no card loading. This is a fully electronic bank-transfer model, consistent with the practices of NCR-registered online lenders operating under the National Credit Act.

Important Requirements for Fund Receipt

  • The bank account must be in your own name — Creditza cannot disburse to a third party's account.
  • The account must be an active South African bank account with a valid account number.
  • The account details (bank name, branch code, account number) must match the identity information you provided during application. Mismatches cause delays or cancellation.
  • You must have an active, authenticated DebiCheck mandate on the account before funds can be released.

No Mobile Wallet or Cash Option

Creditza does not currently offer disbursement to mobile wallets (such as SnapScan wallet accounts), card-linked accounts only (such as prepaid visa cards without a linked bank account), or cash pickup at retail locations. Funds are transferred exclusively by bank EFT.

FAQ — Receiving Funds

How quickly will I receive my money after approval? Creditza targets same-business-day payout once the agreement is signed and the DebiCheck mandate is authenticated. Actual timing depends on your bank's inbound processing schedule.

Can the funds be paid into someone else's account? No. For fraud prevention and NCA compliance, Creditza disburses funds only to the verified bank account held in the applicant's name.

What if my bank account details are incorrect? A failed EFT due to incorrect account details will delay your payout. Contact Creditza support immediately at info@centuryfinancialservices.net or call 021 054 1057 to correct the details before re-disbursement.

Do I need to do anything to receive the money? After signing the agreement and authenticating the DebiCheck mandate, the process is automatic. You do not need to take any further action to receive the transfer.

Will I receive a notification when the funds arrive? Your bank will typically send an SMS or push notification when the EFT credit posts to your account.
