General Steps to Log Into a Lender's Personal Cabinet
- Navigate to the lender's login URL (see table above or check the lender's website header).
- Enter your registered mobile number or email address and your password.
- Confirm the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Access your dashboard: loan balance, due date, outstanding amount, repayment options, and document downloads.
What You Can Typically Do in a Lender's Personal Cabinet
- View current loan balance and next instalment date.
- Make a payment via OZOW instant-EFT or manual EFT.
- Request a loan extension before the due date.
