Unifi Credit provides a secure online account portal — referred to as My Unifi — where borrowers can manage every aspect of their loan relationship. The portal is web-based and accessible from any internet-connected device; there is no dedicated South African mobile app at this time.
How to Log In to Your Unifi Account
- Open your browser and navigate to za.unifi.credit/login.
- Enter your South African ID number in the username field.
- Enter your password.
- Click Log In.
- You will be directed to your account dashboard (My Unifi).

- Check payment history — all past transactions and debit order records.

- Update contact information — change your phone number or email address.
- Request a settlement figure — see exactly how much is required to pay off your loan early.
- Access loan agreement — download or view your signed pre-agreement statement.

Troubleshooting — Common Login Problems
Cannot Log In
- Confirm you are using your South African ID number (not a username or email) as your login identifier.
- Make sure you are using the correct password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Clear your browser cache and try again, or switch to a different browser.
Forgot Password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password or Reset Password.
- Enter your registered SA ID number or email address.
- Follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.

Not Receiving OTP / SMS
- Confirm your phone number is correct in your account profile.
- Check that you have network signal and that the number has not been blocked.

Payment Not Reflected in Account
- Online payments via Ozow typically reflect immediately. Manual EFT payments may take 1–2 business days.
- If a payment is still missing after 2 business days, email clientcare@za.unifi.credit with proof of payment.
