Business Partners conducts a thorough credit and business viability assessment — including site visits, credit bureau checks (TransUnion SA / Experian SA) and NCA affordability analysis.

5️⃣

Investment committee decision

The application is reviewed by an investment committee. You receive a formal funding offer or detailed decline reasons within 4–8 weeks of full document submission.

6️⃣

Legal documentation and disbursement

On acceptance of the offer, legal documents are prepared. Funds are disbursed upon fulfilment of all conditions precedent (e.g. security registration).
