How Primero disburses your väikelaen
Primero Finance OÜ pays approved consumer loans by SEPA credit transfer to an Estonian IBAN registered in your name. Branch staff do not hand out cash for standard väikelaen — the product is designed for remote signing and bank settlement. KYC checks run during the mogo.ee application (2026 entry point) before any transfer is initiated.
Expected payout timeline
| Situation | Typical timing |
|---|---|
| Signed on a business day before bank cut-off | Same day |
| Intra-bank transfer (same institution as partner bank) | Minutes |
| Inter-bank SEPA | Hours — depends on receiving bank |
| Evening, weekend or public-holiday signing | Next business day |
| Manual fraud review or extra income verification | Up to 1 business day additional |
Before you sign — payout checklist
- Confirm net loan amount, individual KKM (APR), monthly instalment and total repayment in the binding offer — not only the calculator estimate.
- Re-enter your IBAN digit-by-digit; transposed digits are the leading cause of failed or returned transfers.
- Ensure Smart-ID / Mobile-ID certificates are valid through signing; expired certificates block contract activation and delay payout.
- Verify the receiving account accepts EUR inbound SEPA from Estonian lenders.
After signing — tracking and troubleshooting
- Open MyMogo or your mogo.ee customer area and look for status such as «disbursed» or payment initiated.
- If funds are missing after the expected window, contact your bank — incoming SEPA credits can sit in compliance review.
- Email mogo@mogo.ee or call +372 688 8200 with contract number, signing timestamp and IBAN used.
- Store a PDF copy of the signed agreement for disputes.
Fraud warning (YMYL)
Legitimate Primero fees appear only in pre-contractual information supervised by Finantsinspektsioon. Never wire an «activation», «insurance» or «release» fee to a private person before the loan lands — that pattern indicates fraud, not a licensed krediidiandja process.
