Document Upload Best Practices
To ensure your application is processed without unnecessary delays, follow these guidelines when uploading documents:
- Bank Statements: Ensure you upload the full document covering three consecutive months, not just screenshots of selected transactions. PDF statements downloaded directly from your internet banking are preferred.
- ID Documents: If taking a photo of your green ID book or smart ID card, ensure there is no glare blocking vital information like your ID number or face.
- Payslips: Make sure your employer's details, your gross and net pay, and the date are clearly visible.
What Happens After You Apply?
